Clearly she is not a fan of a Chihuahua driving a tractor. Kill joy. And I was doing such a fine job at it too! Phooey!
First mom wanted to start this post by saying, THANK YOU! We are completely overwhelmed by the outpouring of love that has been received from Abbey’s passing. Mom had such a tough time of it and each time she went to her email, there was a comment left by pawesome furiends leaving so much love! Thank you!
So what has been going on in our lives?? Lots! So much in fact, I think my mom has been away from home more than she has been home!! Mom said that it is time for the phone to be disconnected and the cars to have flats tires so she can not go anywhere! BOL!! Actually mom, I agree 100%!
Anyhoo, I do have some exciting news to share! The middle son got a new truck! Of course, he brought it down for me to inspect!!
So far, so good! It’s white, my favorite color! You know why it’s my favorite color?? Cause I am white as well!! BOL!!!

My mom’s Abbey Baby crossed over Rainbow Bridge yesterday.
My mom is very sad that she is gone but she said that Abbey lived such a great, long and very happy life. Abbey loved hunting rabbits and chipmunks, long naps and kneading my mom late at night. She just had her 18th birthday! Mom said that Abbey Baby has been around so long and has seen so many wonderful things in her life that we should celebrate through our tears and hope to be as lucky as Abbey!
Yesterday Abbey watched as my mom planted some vegetables and then walked around the corner and laid in the grass and quietly passed away.
Then the rain fell so we waited until it passed for the funeral.
Mom cried through the whole funeral, but I stayed right by her side until it was over.
Abbey Baby, you were the best pussy cat ever and will be missed so much!

The other night we were porch sitting.
Zoe had to show off her hand shaking skills, blah…anyone can shake hands.
I however, showed my mad protecting skills!
Middle sons other chocolate lab, Cooper, came for a visit. I loath him, so I had to show him a thing or two!
Mom said Zoe was being so sweet and I was being so mean that it was like she was watching the Beauty and the Beast.

My mom got me a new stuffie! Woo to the Hoo!

Just because we were absent from the blog world does not mean that I behaved much to give my mom a total break, what fun would have that been!
This morning, I had to remind her that her blog break time was over, so when she turned around, I was showing her how well that I can table surf! BOL! It gets on her nerves, but it was an effective way to get her butt on the computer and write my blog post!
Sometimes a dog has to do, what a dog has to do, to get the dog-a-tary back into swing of things!!

I think mom has taken this Spring Cleaning thing a little to far.
My sister, Abbey, is having her 18th birthday today!
Before I came along, my mom was a total kitty cat person and Abbey is the top kitty around the house, and of course, I am top dog!
We are thrilled that she is celebrating this huge milestone today but also very sad because she has been very sick. Last night my mom was up with her for most of the night.
So today we are totally celebrating her birthday and her life because mom said that this will be Abbey’s last birthday with us!
Happy Birthday Abbey-Baby! You are the best sister ever, even though you are a cat!
