Well guys I fink Higgie & Niles Dogatary Auntie Trice has taken a bloggy sabbatical so I are here to post pics of Higgies when he came to Florida last week so you don't furgets what him looks like.

Niles was being a big ole chicken and didn't wuv the pool as much a Higgies.

We just wanted to let ya'll know that Auntie Trice had surgery a couple weeks ago and has been recovering. 

Higgies and Niles have been taking the bestest care of her.

We all hopes she feels lots betters soon!

OMD.....It's Moms Fault....AGAIN

Y'all......mom is being totally overwhelmed with life.  There is no reason whats-so-ever fur her to not be bloggin' fur us EVERY DAY.  She has list of excuses 87 miles long and fur the luv of Milk Bones we thinks day is all dumb!

Zoe Makes A Snow Angel

We gots lots of snow last Friday and Saturday....

Niles refused to go out in it unless mom and dad demand it....

he claimed da peepad as his bestfuriend!

I's went out in the snow in utter necessity beclaws I hates da peeped....

Zoe howevers luved the snow, even though she would come in shivering!!!!

Mom kept making fun of her beclaws even though she was cold and all shivers-me-timbers she still would insist on making snow angels!!!!!

Maggie Crossed Over The Bridge

Last night, a little after 10:00pm Maggie had her last seizure.  

She went into it right after we went to bed and she was laying in between her daddy and myself.  

It was different this time and we knew...so we held her and loved her while she crossed over Rainbow Bridge.

Our hearts are broken and we are sad but we rejoice with the fact that she is no longer suffering and that she lived the most amazing life that filled us with so much love and happiness.

Thank you all for the continued love, support and encouraging words during this every difficult couple of weeks.  The love, prayers and many paw crosses for Maggie and for us have truly been felt and the words from the sweet comments have been such a comfort.       -Higgins Mom

Maggie...The Good, The Bad And Her Heart

Maggie had a horrible seizure this morning, one dat she had trouble recovering from.  About 20 minutes in, mom wrapped her in Niles' cozy blanket and rushed her to da dogter.

On da way to his office, she woke up and mom was happy, butts very concerned.

Dogter did some more blood work dat came back wiff good seizure numbers, butts she has fluid dat has built up around her heart, she has an very irregular heart beat and her blood pressure is high.

Maggie is now on two more medications to help her.  Dogter said that if we can't get da seizures more under control, her heart fluid reduced and her blood pressure better dat she could have a seizure that she will not survive.

Dis is all very concerning to mom beclaws mom can't fix dis and she is feeling very helpless.  We is all in wait and pray mode fur Maggie.

Da Good - - - Maggie's blood work showed improved numbers wiff her seizures
Da Bad - - - She is still having seizures (butts not as bad) and high blood pressure
Her Heart - - - Fluid build up and irregular heart beat

Dat is all we nose fur now!

Mom does say fur such a sick little doggie she is still a cutie!!!!

Slumber Pawty

Last night it gots extra cold and mom said it was too cold fur da outdoor dogs and pussycats to stay outside!

Zoe was so excited dat her bestfuriend Copper gotted to come in da house!  She showed him one of her favorite sleeping spots.....RIGHT NEXT TO MOM!

I am all fur all dog and pussycats coming in da house so they don'ts gets too cold, but our bedroom is pushing it!

I tried to behave and not growl too much.....

We Is Still Here....

Hey y'all.....

Sorry fur the lack of updates and total absence from Blogville.  Mom has had a ruff week and we's all nose when moms have ruff weeks our bloggies suffer!

Maggie is still hanging in there.  She has very good days and very bad days and mom said sometime she feel like she running a hospice center on Maggie's bad days and on Maggie's good days she is just a nurse fur a demanding patient.

We's has been mostly good so we's doesn't stress Mom out any more, but come on....there is just so many days in a row that we can behave, especially fur Niles and Zoe!!

Maggie goes back to da dogter on Friday so we's should nose more then!

Today, we is all snug in our beds beclaws last night it gots very cold and our house lost water and then da weather man said dat snow is coming in tonight, so we just may stay under the covers until it melts!  BOL!!!

Update on Maggie

From Higgins Mom....

Our little Maggie was shown some improvements with her last big seizure being Saturday night, Yay!

She is still struggling to stand and walk and to be honest we are not sure if now that is the medications that she is currently on are side effect from having so many seizures in a small amount of time.

Right now were are just going hour by hour, doing what we can and monitoring her.  We are very hopeful and pray that the coming week the medications will do what needs to be done and we can get her back to old self and rule out a brain tumor!

I wanted to thank y'all for the outpouring of love and positive messages that we have received!  During this tough time we can count on our wonderful blogging friends to lift us up and know that we are being thought of, prayed for and encouraged in our time of sadness and helplessness!

Hopefully Higgins will resume his regular blogging shenanigans tomorrow as Maggie continues to improve!!!  :)

We Needs The POTP Fur Maggie

Our sister Maggie be's really sick....

Yesterday, at da groomers after Maggie was waterboarded, and while da groomer was giving her a haircut, she had a seizure.  After dad got her home, she had several more and woke up dis morning to one and several more befure mom and dad could get her to da dogter.

Da dogter stuck things where day should not be stucked and said dat her temperature was low.  Then he did some blood work which showed her white blood count elevated, her kidney funshions low and said da she could either have a really bad infection in her brain or a brain tumor.  

He put her on some medications and said dat the furst three days are key.  If she continues to have seizures over da next two week it possibly is beclaws it's a brain tumor.

Mom is a nervous wreck and crying.  Maggie doesn't feel good and me, the Mantastic Higgins and bratty Brother Niles, has been extra nice to Maggie.   Zoe even let her get in her big bed without a fuss!

Please cross your paws fur Maggie and say a little prayer.  She is so weak and beclaws of how many seizures she has had, she is very sore and can't stand very good on her on.

Ginger, my cousin over at BellFurZoo is at the dogter right now.

Please pray fur her and her mom, they could really use it!!!  Ginger has been so sick and I am worried!  I will let y'all know when I hear something!

Ringing In Da New Year Wit Sammie Jean!

It's been a crazy few days cause mom and dad decided on a last minute trip and me and Niles only had 87 seconds to pack....of course mom lets her bloggie duties fall behind as usual.....

BUTTS.....let me tell you about my night wit the beeautiful Sammie Jean!!  We rung in da New Year like it was 1999!!

Here is Mantastic me wit my beeautiful Sammie Jean!  OMD, she is smoking hot in her dress!!!

After da ball dropped we changed into our pawty clothes so we could dance the night away....

OMD, she is soooooooo Cute!!!!!

No worries, after da pawty we had some breakfast foodables and I had her home on time like the Mantastic gentledog dat I am!!!
