I’m Exhausted!

It has been a long week taking care of mom!  I am happy to report that she is feeling much better!  Yay!

Where does that leave me?  EXHAUSTED!  It was hard work staying by her side, day in and day out, protecting her from germs!

When I was not by her side, I was by the window protecting her from the deer!  Those pesky critters are relentless!

Paws crossed that mom stay well because 24/7 guard duty is a tough job!

    Okay Higgins, is that a cat blanket your laying on? I realize you must not thinking straight because you are so exhausted, but it kinda ruins your manly image buddy! BOL! I'm glad your Momma is feeling better and lets keep our fingers crossed she stays that way.....uh...for your sake of course Higgins! Have a great weekend!

    OH HIggins, we are sure hopin your mom is all the way better soon. It can be very hard work taking care of our loved ones when they are sick.

    Guarding the house from the pesky deer would be a full time job too. I hope you get some rest this weekend.

    Looking after sick humans suck. They never want to go for walks or do anything but sniffle, moan and sleep. I hope you got some chicken soup at least. They usually can't eat too much and there should be leftovers.

    We take care of our mom too when shes sick...she takes such good care of us all the time, im sure thats how it is at your house too!

    It looks like a lot of our humans are getting sick right now! I'm glad your mom is doing better. I am even more happy to know that we furry friends have been licking, cuddling and guarding to protect them and show them once again why they love us so much. :)

    it must be exhausting being so awesome and mantastic PLUS having to look after your mom. she sure is lucky to have such a loving caretaker such as yourself looking after her. i'm glad she's feeling better but now you need some higgy time!
