Monday Mischief-Free

Hey y’all!  I have been pretty good this past weekend and for all accounts have been mischief free!!  I can’t believe it.  I must fix that ASAP!

For the most part I have been resting, sunning and helping mom crochet rugs.  She would prefer that I not help her with the rugs, but I like to think that I add just a little extra something to the process!  HA!

Another reason I have been being so good….I am saving all my energy for the Running of The Chihuahuas on Saturday!  I am so excited!!

Sleepy Iphone Dump Day

Mom thinks she needs to clean out some of  her photos on her phone cause her phone storage is getting kind of  large.  Uh, ya think so Ma? 

She takes photos of me all the time, but who can blame her, I am very mantastic!!  HA!

Anyhoo, as she was going through her pictures, I have noticed a very large, kind of a creepy,  really bordering weird amount of pictures of me sleeping. 

What’s the deal mom?

While I do understand that it takes a lot out of a small dog with so much mantastic-ness, like myself,  to go about life doing awesome and mighty things.  Plus, naps are a must to maintain my quality of life.  BUT, I can’t help to find all these photos just a little disturbing.  What do you think?  I think mom needs to get a life!  BOL!!

Thursday Tidbits

I mentioned my Vet visit last week so I wanted to fill you in on what happened:

I was very excited I was getting to ride in the car for a second time that day.

Then we got to the vet and I preceded to hide under the chair.  I thought I was definitely invisible.

We got into the room and look what was on the wall.  I had to get Mom to take a picture for Higgies.

And there was one that looked like me so Mom took a picture of that one to.

I tried to escape waited patiently

Mom did not get any pics with Dr. Juli, but here I am ready to go.

We went to Gram's and visited with cousin Tiffany and Oscar.

Dr. Juli said I need to loose some lbs..I know how dare her call me fat ;) So Mom has to switch me from my yummy mini chunks

back to my weight management food.

Tilda crawled into the bag to make sure no yummy goodness was left in there.

Princess Tilda's birthday was this past Sunday

Mom and Dad made her some yummy tuna fish patties

When she was done she tried to cover it up so I would not be tempted to eat it.

After all the birthday festivities for Mrs. Prissy it was time to take a nap.

Guess WHAT??

Crazy Weather

The past few days around my parts we have been experiencing Blackberry Winter.  I’ll be honest…not my favorite thing!  We finally have beautiful sunny weather which I love because I can get all sunny warm, then we have to endure chilly.  Grrrr.  It’s very cool during the day and down right freezing at night, makes me a little unhappy!   So I have been staying snuggly warm in my blanket!!

I even had to breakout the winter hoodie because it’s been so cold!  The sad thing is dad didn’t want to turn the heater back on because he likes the cheaper electric bill,  I however need warmth!   Mom has been sneaking the heater on while dad is at work and then she turns it down low at night so he doesn’t realize it!!  Teehee!! 

Mom said the weather has been strange all winter, but mom isn’t it Spring?

Monday Mischief

The Middle Son and the Adopted Son is moving!! 

I feel a little bad about doing the “Higgy” happy dance, but I am one human son away from being the only son!!  Wo0t!

Anyhoo….

Mom has been busy helping the middle son get his new place ready.  I have not been allowed up there to snoopervise the cleaning at all because mom was waiting for him to flea bomb the place.  Once that was done, I was allowed to give the Higgins seal of approval!

Upon walking into the Middles Son’s new castle, I detected this odor…it was paint!  I got busy immediately in the mischief department by putting my paws in some paint decorating the floor!!  It needed that little extra touch of paw prints!

They were not too happy with me, but I thought I did a very tasteful job of putting my prints in all the right places! I wish mom would have got a picture, but she was busy cleaning up my master piece.  The nerve of them!

 

I then checked out the Middle Son’s bedroom, the Adopted Son’s bedroom and the main bath.  It passed the Higgins's review with flying colors!

I left a few more paw prints on the wall!  They can thank me later!!

 

Then I discovered this portal to the outside world.  I want one of these installed in my house, it was the most pawesome thing that I have ever laid eyes on!

 

Then it was time to check out the front porch…

   

It was a tad on the dangerous side for my mom sake…she was a scaredy cat that I was going to fall off.  She forgets how mantastic I am!  Geeze!!!

All checked out really well and I have given my permission for him to move in!

I also caused a little mischief in the process so it was a wonderful visit!!!

Cooling Off Positions!

The weather has been beautiful lately!!  One of my favorite parts to sun at is the front porch steps!  It gives the bestest sunny spots that can really warm the soul and the fur!!

After sunning I tend to get a tad hot so I always come to mom’s favorite chair and try to cool off!  The best cooling off positions, the back down and all paws in the air!  BOL!!

I love to scratch my back on the blanket my mom lays out…

 

Ohhhhh, it feels so good!!

I will also grunt with delight as I scratch my back on the chair, cause it feels so warm on the cool surface!!

Time to flip to a new back position!

 

Then to another!!

After I get all cooled off, I go back to start the whole routine over again!!

I love warm sunshine!!
