The Mischief If Back!

I’m Back, with Mischief!!  Y’all knew I could not hold out forever without causing some sort of mischief, right?!?

Anyhoo, yesterday I asked mom to let me out.  Whenever I need to go potty and I am let out the back door, usually, it’s a quick process!  Mom lets me out and leaves the door cracked.  I run out to the back yard and when I am done, I push open the door and run to tell her I am done!

Not this time…Teehee!!

After a little while she was in panic mode when she realized that I had not came back inside.  She went out into the back yard and called for me, and called and called and called!

Needless to say, I didn’t come running!

She was walking to the front door when she noticed me…

I snuck to the  front porch and was enjoying some sunshine!!  The sun was so bright that I could not even keep my eyes open…it was heaven!!!!

So what did mom do??  She snapped a couple of pictures through the blinds of me so she could end my mischief free streak!

BTW, I didn’t get into trouble…I am just too mantastic for mom to yell at me.  As usual, I was showered with a few kisses!  BOL!!!

An Alien From Outer Space!

No sir-re-bob, would I be sketting something from outer space!

I don’t like aliens from outer space, they have ray guns!   We watch the sci-fi channel, I know all about ray guns!!

Aliens always take the smart ones to do experiments on.

Not only am I smart, but I am awesome, handsome and very mantastic! 

I would be a fine specimen for their experiments, so I let him go in peace!! 

You are welcome alien, very welcome!

Monday Mischief

Plus, I have been mischief free, AGAIN!  What is up with that?

Another wonderful thing that happened this weekend??  Mom and dad took me to Dairy Queen for a doggie treat!!   Yum!!!   I guess being mischief free has it benefits!!  :o)

My favorite thing to do is act like I am not looking and when she tries to get it, I attack with a vengeance and make her work to get it back so she can throw it again!!  BOL!!

Monday Mom Mischief!

Ohhhweeee, did mom cause some mischief this morning!  Let me explain…

This first video is of me warning my parents that there was a bad deer in the yard.  Of course, when there is something bad in the yard, it calls for an all out alert of the situation!!  BOL!

Here is that alert…

OMD, I can’t help that it woke up dad, it was an important situation that involved immediate attention!

Here is where the real mischief takes place…

Mom is wanting me to skeet that bad deer because it is bothering dad.  I can’t resist a challenge, so when I am told to skeet it, I’ll skeet it!  See what happens…

I’ll have to admit, when dad is grouchy, it is funny!  Dad was pretty upset that  his beauty sleep was disturbed!    In my defense, it was moms fault!  You can even hear her giggling!

After all the excitement was over and everyone was out of the bed, I took a much needed nap from all my hard work with security patrol this morning!!  Teehee!

Monday Mischief

To be honest, there has not been a whole lot of mischief going on around our house.  I have been a very good boy while my mom recovers.

The biggest mischief I have gotten into is wrestling with this shirt that keeps slipping off my arm when I sleep in my comfy cozy positions!

Dad did say that I was snoring so loudly on the couch that I was waking the dead, but I don’t consider that mischief, just a good nap!  BOL!!

Just a little update on mom:    she is doing great!!  She is finally starting to feel better, which is a big yay!  I was getting quite worried there for a while because every time I bought her a stuffie, she would just pet me, she had no energy to throw it.  Playing fetch with stuffies is very serious business around here and when that doesn't happen, I know something is wrong!  She is still slow moving, but will have a another liver test done this week, so we will get to see if her numbers are improving!! 

Thanks for all the pawsitive thoughts and prayers!!  Y’all are the greatest!!

Whew, It’s Not Worms!

My mom has been released from the hospital and is home under the watchful eyes of me!  Thank goodness!!  Now I am confidant that she will receive the best care available!

The good news…it’s not worms!!!  She is on the mend and get this…She has to stay  put and not doing anything!!!  That is music to my ears!!!  So that mean, she will not be hopping in her Jeep to run around town leaving me at home!

The not so good news, her liver is going to take a week or so to really heal.  She is doing well, but is really tired and hurts a little.

  I got busy this morning with liver security patrol to make sure she does not get bumped or jumped on.  I have already growled at the cat and stood guard to make sure the youngest son did not get to close to mom!! 

I am 100%  satisfied with the liver security schedule that I have planned and mom said that it is so well executed that she feels like she now has a Chihuahua Tumor!  HA!  I take that as the highest of complements!!
