Monday Mischief

Yesterday Was a huge Father’s Day celebration for Dad.  Everyone came over so it was like the old days with Oldest Son, Middle Son and Youngest Son all accounted for!

At first I was so happy, because I was given freedom from crate rest for the festive  occasion!  The cherry on top was when the steak was served and I got a couple of nibbles!!  It was turning out to be a great day….UNTIL….Middle  Son had an announcement to make….

He said he was taking Bandit home to live with him…TODAY.

WHAT???

OMD, with me being on extreme crate rest for the past 87 years, me and Bandit have not got to play at all.  Now Middle Son is yanking him away from me without a proper eviction notice???

Dad said I was being overly dramatic that I have only been on crate rest for 4 days…and Bandit was only moving a short distance away…whatever Dad…what do you know…grrr!

Clearly I am depressed, for obvious reasons, and now mischief  is happening all around me and I am not the one causing it… :(

Bad Middle Son, Bad!

  2. I can't believe you weren't given any notice about Bandit moving out! That must have been quite a shock for you especially since your on crate rest. On the bright side it looks like a great get together for Father's Day and you did get steak!! Yay!

  7. I would consult a lawyer. It seems to me that there are several violations going on here. I think you will have a strong case. Get better soon so you can pursue action.

  10. Oh I know just how you feel Higgins. When Addy lived with me, she just up and left one day and I have never seen her again, I mean like this was my best buddy and Bam, shes gone. She moved to Texas and I was depressed, didnt eat and didnt play with toys,I just laid around and waited by the door for her to come home again. You will adjust and if she lives close by at least you can see her again. I am not so lucky like that.

  12. Poor Higgins. What a naughty middle son. Having three human brothers ourselves we know they are always doing something we don't agree with!
Hope you see Bandit again soon.

  16. Oh No Higgins - I feel your pain buddy!!

Hasn't middle son heard of transition for big changes? What does Bandit think about this? Maybe he could cause lottsa Mischief and middle son will bring him back?

OR maybe they could get some counseling for you?

OR I've also heard that extra steak EVERYDAY can also ease your stress in times of dramatic change!! Tee Hee

    Wags to all
