Pre-Rinse Cycle

I can be anywhere in the house and when I hear the dishwasher door open I get excited!  When I hear that glorious, squeaky sound I come sprinting into the kitchen like a greyhound!  BOL!

Dad hates the pre-rinse cycle that I love to perform, but I feel that I am helping around the house with the chores!!

All I hear is “Higgins, pick up your toys” or “Ouch, Higgins, I stepped on your bone” I never hear “Higgins, come in the kitchen and pre-rinse the dishes”!

Some humans, you just can’t make them happy!!  ~waggy tail~

  1. That is so funny! Fred and Gloria are my pre-rinse cycle too! I call it the red-neck way to do dishes! LOL!

  2. It is so much more fun to do the chore of pre-rinse rather than pick up toys, right?!! We love to pre-rinse the bowl on pasta nights.

  8. I love helping with the dishes. We don't have a dishwasher but MOM's friends do, good thing they don't mind.
But at home I am still the pre-washer. MOM says it saves her time. I pre-wash and then she finish washes. It works out well.
